Eyewear Frames

Serfas Optics offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for all of our eyewear frames. We will replace or repair your frames if you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

Please print the enclosed warranty claim form and return it to Serfas with your frames and proof of purchase.

A $10.00 shipping and handling fee is assessed for all warranty claims. Please complete credit card area (Visa and MasterCard only) on form – no cash or personal checks.

This warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects and does not include normal wear and tear - including product that has been ran over, sat on, dropped off a cliff, lost or stolen.

Scratched lenses are not a manufacturer’s defect but please note our easy lens replacement policy below.

Lens Replacement Policy

Serfas warranty does not covered scratched lenses but Serfas will replace your interchangeable pair of lenses for a shipping and handling fee:

• $10.00 for standard interchangeable lenses
• $15.00 for photochromic and polarized lenses
